You have to take that up with the head honchos at CRIS..that is their call..

NO !

They will never bend on this....they want to keep the money there.

CRIS has decided it is better this way, screw the customer....but you will get paid eventually (100% for sure). That doesn't work for me !

They will be more than happy to take any incoming transfers,however !

WSEX is the only other charge to transfer (out) book, to my knowledge.

Typical CRIS attitude !

Constructive.... Yeah, free transfers to places like Greek, at least temporarily, while Crissy struggles with checks, and resorts to processors in India.

How long does a check from India take to clear ?

You CRIS guys could save a lot of problems with transfers ( w/o charges) to a few other books like Greek,5D,Matchbook,etc. No checks needed, transfers would tend to cancel each other out... but that makes too much sense ?

A player often just wants to rebalance accounts between his books, and transfer, so he has desired amounts at 3-4 books, not actually pulling the monies out of the books, just re-distributing it.

I rarely call anybody an idiot.... but you qualify, VD.

I don't care ? I (VD) fucked up, it's par for the course (CRIS), that's the way we do business here. Deal with it.

Clearly I'm anti-CRIS, and VD is pro- CRIS, so we have differing views.

CRIS is for the biggest players, like 10k guys.

Play at places like Phoenix,5d,BOL,Betjam, Greek... you'll be better off.

Granted I'm on the opposite side of the coin from VD.

Just for the record: while it may have been a mistake to post the tracking number I don't think I'll suffer for it in this case.

It was a mistake but more than that I really do appreciate the unsolicited effort VD made with this book. We'll see if I do get that check. . .

As an update I did receive my 1st withdrawal check today. I can't say I'm out of the woods because apparently some of their checks bounced at one time.

Not sure how I can know this won't happen to me and that on top of not getting the cash i;'ll have bank penalty too. I'll deposit the check tomorrow and hope for the best. . .

If anyone knows that they have for sure fixed their bounced check problem i would be happy for the reassurance.
