Bookmaker Withdrawl Question

Why can other books cut a check the same day but it takes bookmaker 10+ lately? I can see bank transfers taking a long time but cutting a check should take minutes.

Why aren't the funds removed the same day you request a withdrawl even while it's processing?

Why are deposits so easy but withdrawls not?

The question is not do they get checks out as fast as other books, but are they true to their word. Make sure you listen to their rep when you make withdrawal request. They've told me up to 7/8 days on Fed Exes. For last 3 times, it's been received per their time frame. So, not as fast as other books but they are true to their word on the time frame.

Clerks typically reflect your manner on the phone. If you are pushy/demanding, they might respond in same way. A little patience, respect/courtesy goes a long way.

Withdrawals are difficult, I grant you that..anytime anyone calls CRIS, make sure you get a first name and last name...they have literally seven hundred people working there....I wish you would have asked for me...I was here for 4 hours...

GoBlue...not shocked at all...what I am shoked is lousy customer service when it happens...

This is the issue VD.. Why are W/D difficult. I can request a W/D online with VIP on Mon morning and have the money within 3 days ( 24 hours with MG). I have done the same with Skybook and SBG... You never hear of issues with BJ.. Yet with the highly rated and respected Bookmaker I have to wait weeks or a month. Almost every week on this site some one brings this complaint. I just dont understand why a respected person like yourself comes so quickly to their defense. I know you always offer your help after rebuking any harsh opinions, but these issues are becoming too common. T

Thr rudeness of the CS staff is the other issue. For instance, I went on online chat to inquire how to use betpoints to get a free payout. I was told my acct was not eligable for a free payout. "Why" I asked. They said the free payout was at Mgts decession. I guess they didnt like the fact I won a few thousand. Excuse me for being a square who wins every now and then.

I refuse to play at bookmaker for the near future.

They can receive my money in less than an hour, but I have to beg to get some of it back. Thanks but no thanks! This used to be my second-favorite book behind betjam. Now they aren't even on the radar screen as far as I am concerned. Had the same issues during baseball season, where I waited and waited (and was given the runaround by VERY ignorant clerks who acted as if I was in the wrong for wanting my money)....Just not worth the aggrivation when there are other options.

Would it be possible for you to check on my withdrawal? A cs rep at bookmaker promised she was expediting the request (made 12/29). I paid $50 extra for FedEx.

When I inquired they replied the dept that tracks payouts was still closed for the holidays.

I would like to request an additional withdrawal today but I am exhausted dealing with the rude cs reps.

VD, if you're offering to help I'll definietly take you up on it. I'll email my infor via PM.

been with bookmaker for 2+years,i've had at least 7 withdrawls about 1k apiece all courier check and the longest i've waited was 3 days including the one i received today that i requested on tuesday,never dealt with any rude cs reps either.
dumb luck? I have no complaints.

If there any questions that the customer service rep cannot answer or you feel they are rude, just ask for the manager that is there at the time...very simple

I am sure most of you in your business's do not put up with rudeness...the same goes for CRIS/Bookmaker

If CRIS can't pay promptly, they deserve complaints, and to have players sent elsewhere, IMO.

There might be rollover requirements or casino transactions involved...funds cannot be randomly withdrawn...

perhaps you should first understand what info a tracking number provides, before posting it on an open forum ?

I think most here would agree with me on this "error".
