Bookmaker Payout- Lets run a case Study

Want to chime in here about Bookmaker. I have requested 4 payouts the last 6 months including 3 the last 6 weeks. All were bankwires and all paid in a timely manner. I also had a situation with one on my bets that was handled promptly and professionally by management. Bookmaker gets a big thumbs up from me.

I did call the CS and they said it takes 7-10 days for the request to be processed........................then another 7-10 days for shipping...........

Just to follow-up on this, the bank wire was in my account this morning. So basically 4 days to get it, not bad.

Again, I've been hard on the book in the past but maybe they are getting their stuff together on payouts.

I do question however why we can get funds to them in seconds but it takes 4 days to do a bank transfer. Not sure if that is normal with other books or not.

They just took the money out of my account. It took 4 days for them to take the money out of my account. I'll upate it when I get my check.

I got my check today. It took exactly 7 days.

I requested a bank wire this morning. I was told via live chat my funds could take an extra 10 days, so anywhere from 17-20 days before I could see it. They said it's because of my bank, but I called my bank and they said if it is coming from an international bank, it should be 2-3 days max.

Something seems fishy here. Hopefully Bookmaker is prompt like they were with the rest of you. I'll keep everyone updated.

I got a check for $3000 last night...I made the withdraw on Sunday March 29...took ten days I cant complain Ive never had a problem with bookmaker and although this was the longest its taken for me to get a withdraw I'm assuming it was because I did it on a Sunday night. I have had multiple withdraws from bookmaker and never had a problem.
