Bookmaker Grading Issues

I have been having a lot of grading issues at Bookmaker for the last couple of months. I usually only bet in their Live Betting. They recently switched over to a new platform and to get a wager graded is a pain in the ass. Their old Live Betting platform used to grade a winning wager, say a 1st half total in soccer, immediately and now they are telling me that I have to wait until the entire game is completed to have my 1st half winning wager graded.

I usually have to get in their Live Chat to let them know to grade my wagers and sometimes I have waited over 2 hours for that to happen. This is not right and I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem with them. I am in their Live Chat right now and the reason they are giving me for not grading my 1st half winning wager until the game is completely over is as follows:

I have provided a link to the games in the past from sofascore.com (used by 5Dimes) just to show the score.

Not that anyone seems to care from the looks of all the responses but they are doing it again today. I have a 1st half wager that they will not grade until the game is over. Just wrong. I brought the following up in chat that is right from their site on Live Betting and grading is done within seconds and they could care less what it says:

IF you're waiting for a $1,000.00 grading, the .25 yield you lose on that capital overnight is $0.0068493


By chance, if it's $10,000.00, they steal the overnight interest of 7 cents.


Now if you're waiting for $100,000.00 you must surrender 70 cents at sunrise.

This is a non issue man .
Bookmaker gave perfectly good reasoning on why you have to wait a whole extra hr to get graded .

If you gonna bet Indonesian cricket that’s the price you gonna have to pay.
