I think the rule of thumb is you need 16 seconds AFTER the end of the prior play. There was 15 seconds left at the beginning of 3rd down

I don't think everyone has to speak proper English, but why put a guy on television who can't communicate. And if you want to bypass that obstacle, then at least ensure the guy knows what he is talking about. He has such little depth that he has to explain the obvious for every play because that is what he can do. Is this the best ESPN can do for their showcase NFL game in the Playoffs and every Monday night?

It was even funnier then that I have it recorded verbatim on 3&10 no timeouts with 15 seconds ‘’ya Buffalo is going to want to run a draw for a couple of yards (implying it would then be 4th down) then rush to the line of scrimmage and spike the balk’’ hahaha go listen to it again unreal!

granted I only watched the 4th quarter but

1) 3rd + 10 …. Bills should run a draw "for a few yards then run up and spike it"
2) If the ball never makes the line to gain then it can't be a first down (ok, thanks boogs)
3) calling allen's lateral attempt "no harm no foul" when it was more clear evidence (like every 4th quarter throw nearly intercepted) that the kid wasn't ready for the pressure of playoff football
4) "4th and 3 is different than 4th and 9"
