If you watched them play, that is about right. Their claim to fame is that they stayed in the game versus Oregon and two wins versus UNLV. If you can shutdown the RB, they don't have much else and Penn State will control the ball. I think there is much better value on ND.

Indiana is a tough match up for them IMO
