I love it how any thread that mentions Creditwagering as having problems or ANY POTENTIAL PROBLEMS in the future always has one or two people immediately jumping in with "I GOT PAID" and "Everyone I know got paid" and "this book is solid".

It has nearly become a cult. Sure they may be paying some people now, but so did every ponzi scheme in existence. If you can't see POTENTIAL trouble coming down the road with this business model and no contact info/address/details of who these guys are, then you are just blind, deaf, dumb, or a paid shill.

I understand you want to keep the positive spin here for your personal potential gains (hope they last til i can get another payout - nevermind the other 500 guys), but really, this creditwagering cheerleading is out of control.

And no, I don't play there - don't see a reason to play full juice with a questionable shop.

While I have had success with them as well, I will entertain your idea for a moment.

What if they are a ponzi scheme? So what? You are playing with their money and getting paid with their money. They can have my name and address all they want, you can find that easily enough via Google. If they fold up tomorrow the only thing I will be pissed about is the fact that I didn't get to take more money from them.

It's simple - not everyone is just playing "with the house's money". They are soliciting post ups. Rookies who are playing there are told for higher limits and "credit line" they should post up.

So you have a classic ponzi scheme of revenue from post ups and the small % of players who don't stiff after they blow their initial stake. Those funds are paying you are others lucky enough to win (and not post up). For now!

As I mentioned, they may start "forcing" post-ups by holding winnings, etc. They may just delay payouts (processor problems, naturally), or do any number of things to keep the revenue flowing and cut the payouts before folding up shop...and their email address!

Just think, if they were legit, why would they not say who they are? Address? Phone number? Every other legit site in the world does this to help foster confidence. Many years ago WSEX posted their antigua license to help appease the wary. Things like that.

Sure, if they fold the "smart" people don't really lose anything (except personal info being sold all over). But if you are treating them like a legit out and will pay them if you lose, why pay full juice to such a shady organization when the better alternatives are clear?

Don't get me wrong, I hope everyone keeps getting paid...but we'll see.
