Former President Trump Wants Criminal Case Against Him Out of Alvin Bragg's Hands
Former President Donald Trump is attempting to remove a criminal case against him from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office and have it transferred to federal court, according to ABC News. Trump's attorney Todd Blanche informed the court of the plan after a hearing on Thursday. Moving the case to federal court would remove it from Bragg's jurisdiction and could result in the charges being dropped if Trump is re-elected in 2024.
