Superhero status leads to unrealistic expectations and a bigger fall if unsuccessful IMO. He will bare the brunt of all of GWB mistakes and larger criticisms if he is anything but "super" successful. I'm disappointed with some of his appointments but I will reserve judgment and give him he even slate he should be allowed regardless of his skin color.
Although things have improved in this country, you can't say Obama being elected will stop racist shithead from promoting their bigoted agendas. Do you think more bank loans, housing opportunities and etc. will open up because Obama is president? For every comment you make against blacks, a similar argument can be made for people of every other racial/ethnic background. In my opinion, the root of the problem is the education system. Unless you have an extraordinary talent, how can somebody expect to compete in our society without a proper education?
