Everytime I hear about this it is always framed as no one cares because they are black.
You hear about this whenever an attractive white girl goes missing
Whining about how it gets more attention
Probably true but usually because a young attractive female will get attention.
Also, usually a case where either family might have influence or there is certain clues in the case

The issue would be what is the problem and how do you solve it specifically relationg to black people?
What is the need to mention race?
It is done to claim some sort of racism.
Yet, if you addressed the reason it would likely lead back to black people being the source of the problem which would be racist to discuss and thus it can't be fixed
