It looks like 20-30 mph winds, cool temps and a chance of rain have really driven this line down. I almost never tease totals, but I may take this one in a 2teamer teased Over 24 or lower. I opened this line at 31.7 and the books opened at 33, so it's already sailed past my line. Just a fun play, as the strong winds can kill an over.
