Green Bay always performs after a bye week. I like GB here as well.

I've got Dallas +6 here. I was really hoping to get this game at a touch down before game time. First time I've forgot to post my play after I wagered in all of my games. Anyways - down 3-10 need to see some TD's from Dallas.

The Jets game looks like a wash now that Geno Smith is in. Not saying Fitz beasts the game but he's been playing good football and he was 3/3 until he was injured. Would much rather have him in there than Geno Smith and I would probably be on Oakland if I knew Geno was playing. That's football.

Geno is a problem, of course. But what is stunning is how Carr is eating up the Jets defense. He had 3 td passes at halftime and I haven't even looked to see who got their 4th TD. This Jets team is feeling a let-down from NE I think -- in addition to the obvious downgrade at QB. I could see them dominating next week (the Bills, I think?) The line should be modest since public perception will wane since they are now 4-3 and coming of two losses in a row (and they were lucky in getting the Browns, Redskins etc...)

GB ML (+2 units) tonight. Just added a unit. Been on the right side of Denver twice this year when Manning looked shaky, Denver's D won them the game and I luckily covered both times. I have a lot more confidence in Rodgers right now so I'm going with my gut instinct. Myself and everyone included probably thinks this game will be super close. I respect Denver a lot, both on defense and Manning's offense. I wouldn't go crazy on the game but I want to test my ability to handicap games with two good teams before playoffs (I usually don't bet playoffs because lines are usually placed correctly). Don't see a huge edge on either side, just to clear it up. Just a hunch on GB. Hoping for a fun game tonight. Best of luck to everyone's SNF!

Yeah it's a melt down at this point. Maybe it was a let down, maybe it was the Geno Smith replacement, maybe it was a totally different factor. Your guess is as good as mine. I know one thing and that's that the Jets D looks nothing like it normally does regardless of QB. Oakland has a good young team - I never counted them out. They have burned me in years past (Derek Carr specifically) so I try to stay away from them until they start proving things to me against good teams. Looks like tonight is one of those nights, they are playing well. Good call. I'll take a mental note and move on. BOL on tonights action!

As far as the Pitt game goes - tough loss (1 play away from a TD + early Leveon Bell injury).

Still like the bet and my chances if you ran this game 100 times. The Le'Veon Bell injury was huge with 9 minutes into the 2nd quarter. That is a game changer. He has been on fire this year, the guys a beast. Tough break but that's football. Some big injuries today. It's more than just an injury when someone like him gets hurt, it just messes with the momentum of the game. When that guy is getting you a bunch of first downs, not only do you get closer to scoring, but the whole team including the QB plays better. I still really like Pitt's D this year. I like the team in general and as Big Ben finds his groove I think they will do well barring Bell isn't out for the season or something.

4-2 this weekend with a push from the NO melt down and a really close loss with Pitt (I think with Bell in the whole game we cash). Testing my ability to cap the playoffs tonight or this is probably a pass on the spread with a slight lean to GB -2.5. I've taken my mental notes on Manning and have been lucky to cover a couple of the games I've bet him on. Lesson learned.

MNF
Packers ML (+2 Units)

I really think the packers win outright. Against the Manning of last year, I wouldn't be betting this game. Home field is huge here against the packers who don't play nearly as good on the road (6-5 since last year). I don't money line many bets, this is a game I can see being decided between 1-3 points and for that reason a ML is in order. Don't underestimate Denver's D and home field. The bet on Denver with the points makes a ton of sense here. BOL tonight!

Great job so far this year Brady. Question, do u ever buy points? In that Saints game, personally I wouldve bought down to 2.5. I know some people dont believe in it.....I just think on certain numbers, its key especially 3's. Not knocking u, just throwing it out there.

Thanks buddy! Best of luck to whichever side you are on tonight, will be a fun game to watch!

That's funny, I figured I bought more points this year than any other capper on the forums. HA! I got real paranoid because I've been experimenting all year with buying points and it's been working out great for me. Only on key numbers 3 and 7 because chances of a push are 10% and 6% respectively (roughly). It's not profitable to buy off any other numbers.

I'm with you on the saints game. The first instinct was to buy the points, but the juice for my book was -155 or something insane. I can usually get a half point for -120 or -125 on book maker. Getting -155 makes it way less attractive so I took the chance. It just depends on high how the juice is. I don't really like going over -125 given I usually get that from my book every game. This is the first time I've seen it at -155 on book maker, weird. Hope that makes sense. BOL tonight buddy!
