Anybody surprsied by this? Not me, you let a tout and a couple of his cronies extort you out of 11k then OF COURSE he is going to do it again. More of the reason governments never negotiate with terrorists, once you start they will never stop. Now this guy is going to try again for some more cash. If you can make them bend over on rules they have used and posted publically for over 10 years why couldn't you extort them out of bets you were trying to bet. Just tell them the amount you were thinking of and I am sure they will cower down again if you turn up the heat. Getting sickening to keep hearing about one of the best books on the planet having to take this shit from a tout over and over again.

I didn't get the impression SW was trying to get compensated by WSEX
for $1000 for being put on hold for so long.

Whatever his motive it is good to post info about sportsbooks to help
the players. Now the players are aware of what can happen, according
to SW.

Unfortunately this info is now in the RR rather than on the main page
where it can help the players. Why? Because the Rx values the books
reputation higher than helping players?

If touts can help the players by posting free picks without
advertising their services where they aren't allowed to,
what is the problem with them posting at the Rx?

Of course they can contribute to the forums in many other
positive ways besides posting solid picks.

A tout in the context of these forums is someone who
sells their picks for money. There is a forum here where
touts have been allowed to advertize and post opinions
on sporting events. But i don't see anything wrong with
them posting free opinions in the other forums as long
as they are not advertising there.
