The Spurs have been a really good 1st quarter team this year. They often get off to really great starts but have trouble holding the lead through the full game. The Knicks are quite the opposite and are usually slow starters. The Knicks have lost 6 of their last 8 1Q’s including against some poor teams like the Rockets. I like the Spurs to start hot tonight and close the 1st quarter with a lead!
