this pisses me off

not what WWTS is doing - but what they are calling it

for an event to be "Annual" it has to take place every year. if the event is in its first year - it CAN'T be an "annual" event

when something is in its first year - it is just that "First-ever"

the NEXT year it is an "annual" event but an event can NOT be "annual" until the 2nd one for how many times have we seen something that was supposed to be "annual" NEVER happen again? WAY too many!
