He is the one reason why that place is so good and if they didn't keep him they are nuts.

I phoned Pregame and someone else answered.

And I'm like is this "Pre-Game"?

and about 30 secounds of background talk the guy ahd to aks other ppl in the room whether they were Pregame, etc...weird...

not a god feeling when the person answering the phone doesnt even know if they are affiliated w/ pregame

Oldfriend: BetPreGame with Randy in charge was one of the best places anywhere for lines, payouts, and customer service. I think noone can dispute that.

Do NOT Post up w/ BetPreGame - nobody at DSI knows whats going on at PreGame. The customer rep who answered the phone didnt know who he was...a lot of confussion over there. Most of the time when I phone BetPreGame...Randy answers...but not today nor yesterday. Same goes for my email; it would always be answered within 24 hrs, this time Nothing!
