Knowwhentoholdthem,

I don't think Betphoenix is intentionally trying to cheat you. You complaint may be legit. The problem I have with believing your side of the story is you have a history of bitching about being screwed by other offshore gaming companies. You have a history of opening ghost accounts to complain. I Don't believe you have posted anything positive. If I'm wrong I apologize.

I have known Richard for a very long time kwth, and I can assure you I would vouch for him anytime, day year or millennuim, please don't get so personal as if you knew him, he is a good man and is working hard on helping you out, bringing in 3rd parties to look at your case but the more you insist that he or betpphoenix are thieve's the more you are making a fool outta yourself, just my two cents

Zeeman...the only posts i made on here were about a certain poker site taking 4 months to pay customers and then sending out checks that bounced. I am not sure who else you are talking about. I did create this new username because it has been a while since ive been on here and cant seem to find my other screenname and i feel that people should know what betphoenix and richard did to me

just ask Wilhelm and he will have the username and password ready for you, just give him your e-mail via PM

i didnt insist that they are theives...i insisted that what they did is steal from me!!!

So you are trying to say that there is a difference between the two above :think2:

I don't think you are being Fair At All. Richard has No reason to cheat you.

Also for the record. Matching IPs - Identical all four.
<HR style="COLOR: #fdde82; BACKGROUND-COLOR: #fdde82" SIZE=1><!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->I Really didn't want to get to involved in this but I just decided to run knowwhentoholdem's IP and came up with these matches.

gobosox33 67.36.1XX.XXX
stevenc 67.36.1XX.XXX
Mrlucky334 67.36.1XX.XXX
knowwhentoholdem 67.36.1XX.XXX

We have had a similar experience last year with Looslines.com and BetJamaica also and more..These links are all beefs about books and pokerrooms made by GoBosox33 mostly.

i still think betpheonix is being more than fair....but sure Bill from SBR or Wil would be a great intermediary...I trust their opinions and also would think whichever way they rule is 100% believeable.

I feel knowwhentoholdem believes he is owed the $300. Either Richard or Knowwhentoholdem is misinterpeting the results of the hands in question. There should be some way for Richard, Knowwhentoholdem,a 3rd party & a witness of knowwhentoholdem's choosing to review all the hands played in question in a video conference setting to finalize this dispute. The player may very well be right if he is fighting and arguing this strongly for his money. I don't think it's extortion. One thing I don't understand is it sounds like Richard doesn't even think KWTH was entitled to the 400 some $ put back into his account?

By the way I have been very happy with Richard and Betphoenix. They are one of my top 2 books at this time. I have requested 4 payouts so far and I received 3 same day and 1 next day. I hate to see negative posts about a book that I beleive is top notch, with great clerks that speak very clearly. I don't like seeing one angry customer trying to harm their reputation. But if he is owed the money he should be paid.

Fyi

I closed this thread, knowhentoholdem can easily contact neutral SBR and they will be glad to settle the matter for him. Very simple solution.

He has used this forun with multiple ghosts to cyber blackmail other books in the past. There is not good reason to let it continue.

Posters who want to discuss this matter further may start there own thread and as long as it is civil with no ghosts participating it will not be touched by any mods.

Thanks wilheim
