OK...here's my two cents worth....this is the weirdest thing. Back around Thanksgiving I saw an ad here at the rx where they were giving out a $25 parlay for the Thanksgiving games.I created an account but was having problems logging in so I e-mailed Richard. He gave me another account # and password and when I logged into that account, lo and behold it was someone else's account. I called them and told them about it and they were baffled, they didn't know how that could happen. I never actually talked to Richard on the phone as it was right around Christmas and I think he was on vacation. To make a long story short, maybe they had some kind of software glitch. I've been using offshore accounts for years and nothing like that has ever happened.

IMO slim chance BP has not returned to this thread. Speaks volumes with no response.

Yeah because it shouldn't be public knowledge to know if the software is fixed. And for those who have not caught it can be assured BP has fixed any errors on their own..

I think it speaks volumes for books to communicate with players, especially on the forums...why the hate FullyEclipsed? If the software is fuked up and they correct it, why not share it with others? Best customer service at its finest I would think?

It obviously has it's drawbacks to be on the forum. Especially if a problem comes up but I'm done with the hating.

An answer of is it fixed must be to hard to give.

I very much agree about the CS. I have had nothing but good experiences the handful of times I've called in and I have posted that before.

What I would like is for you to address the issue of the actual problem with the payouts. Seems to be an ongoing issue with the live baccarat and it doesn't sound like anyone has any reason to believe that they can play the game without having to stare at their balance after each hand.

^^ agree. The game is fun and is for entertainment. I will say this it is not something that I picked up on right away when it happened to me. I just started thinking something wasn't right and then screen shot it after a few hands. When you have all 3 tables up the balances take a bit to register over to the next table.

The big question is what if I didn't contact them? Something they have been fixing on their own? I could have easily quit playing before I knew for sure

Let me just add why I am taking such an interest in this situation.

I will be making several large deposits in the next couple months and I want to believe that BP is one of the places that I can be at.

I have looked back at the software in the last couple days on the Fun mode and it was doing it again. If there is a problem why is it still being offered?

And is this something that is going to affect how wagers are graded? There isn't always enough time in the day to look at every wager.

The problem did occur over the course of 1 day. All server records were pulled to fix the balances in one shot. It was not an email by email type of thing. I am not only going to fix accounts that emailed, they all needed to be fixed. This was done, and as other posters can confirm...their balances were corrected automatically. I have been told from programming that there have been no further issues with the play for money game. If you are saying it did happen to you in fun mode, I would like to take a look at the server records for your account there. Please PM me your account number so I can verify that.
In any case where there would be an obvious error on our behalf...we stand good for any monies concerned. Our objective is fairness and good service. Rest assured anyone who would be owed monies due to a system glitch will always be paid regardless of if they inquired or not.

I think Caribsports.com has the most legit casino there is. I wouldn't gamble anywhere else except for Bookmaker.

this isnt the same as playing blackjack and having the dealer pull 83 21's in a row. The dispute is that on the hands i won, money was still getting taken out of my account and they refuse to replace it...Many others had this same issue.
have emailed you 78 times and my account is still not correct. I am still waiting for my other $330.


Did you really e-mail him 78 times, and did dealer really hit 21 83 times in a row. These are some extreme numbers your throwing out there.

Dude, if you were cheated out of the money you should be paid. I don't understand why they don't pay you. Their has to be some way to show a public list of your Bacarrat activity for the days in question.

As before, fly here for an audit of the servers with Bill Dozer or Wilheim, (you choose). Bill will be here on Tues. If we are wrong I will reimburse your expenses, and pay you your remaining $330. If you are wrong, you will need to refund the $487 in compensation I gave to you just for customer service initiative.

Call me what you want too. It does not change the fact that your account is correct, and that you attempted to use extortion to get your way.
