I love the live bacarat. I never played the game in the game in my life until you gave me the $50 Bacarat token. I was hooked in 5 minutes. The ladies who deal are not bad to look at either. Any chance they can deal topless?
I only used BetPhoenix a short time and I have had a positive experience so far. The Bararat issue was resolved within 24hours for me.
Please DO NOT add Live Blackjack. I would never leave my house.
It's kind of odd to me that no emails have been answered about the problem or nothing has been posted.. :think2:
It is obviously not fixed and they don't want say..
Like I've posted I won't play the game any more but people should know that do play can be assured the glitch is fixed.
Seems like though the guy had many ghosts his claim was real and BetPhoenix probably did have a software malfunction for Baccarat that night.
The offer from bet Phoenix to come down sounds real nice and all but we know no one would do that for 300 bucks.
BUT having said that, it seems like Betphoenix handled this software error just fine, but i hope they went through the guys who didnt complain that played baccarat during the error time, to see if there was an error that occured as well.

I had it happen to me as well/....they refunded me 36 hrs later (but i have no idea if it was the correct amount)
I would have appreciated a email aknowledging there was a issue...but never got one...also it would be nice for richard or betphx to comment on the fact that they do have a few glitches in the product rather than say its on the up and up and its live per veijo who visited site.
personally i think they would pay if they found out they were in the wrong, but it would be nice to use the software with no more worries.

but my point is if your wrong your wrong -- fix it .. dont irritate everyone over $300... makes zero sense.
if they dont do that - then get on the plane and force the issue to be resolved because we all know this was not calculated properly- because we arent talking one case here.

^^ agree. The game is fun and is for entertainment. I will say this it is not something that I picked up on right away when it happened to me. I just started thinking something wasn't right and then screen shot it after a few hands. When you have all 3 tables up the balances take a bit to register over to the next table.
The big question is what if I didn't contact them? Something they have been fixing on their own? I could have easily quit playing before I knew for sure

I like Bet Phoenix a lot, but you would think with a problem like this would be top priority and taken care of. If 5 posters here have all had the same problem then how many other players have had the same?
Once again BetPhoenix is my top book and I will play with them from this point on as my #1, I just hope they fix this problem and make it right.
