For The Record.
I am not taking sides here at all but want to point out that BetPhoenix.com has invited knowwhentoholdem to select a neutral arbitrator from one of the forums to come to their facility and view all of the hand history and math involved in knowwhentoholdem's play. They will abide by whatever ruling the arbitrator decides is correct with no questions asked. If the arbitrator rules for the player they will pay him the $330 immediately.
They also invited knowwhentoholdem himself to come to their facility with a neutral and professional arbitrator to view few the hand history and other information that caused them to arrive at the $485 refund figure. BetPhoenix.com will pay for knowwhentoholdem's airfare and hotel bill if the arbitrator proves him to be right, they will naturally also pay the $330 knowwhentoholdem believes he is owed.
Should the arbitrator rule in the favor of BetPhoenix.com then knowwhentoholdem will not be reimbursed for his travel expenses and will have to agree to return the $485 he was refunded.
Of course IMO a neutral arbitrator is the best solution in this case as he can view all the evidence that is available freely at the BetPhoenix.com facility. There is no real need for knowwhentoholdem to come down but the offer stands none the less.
Finally I asked knowwhentoholdem to keep the discussion civil, which is something we ask anyone who has a dispute with one of our sponsers. This issue can be discussed without a lot of name calling by either side. Any edits you see are only because the no namecalling policy was not adheared to, any civil discussion and dialogue will not be edited or deleted.

The people standing behind it are far too honorable for that, and have a history in this business for fair play and fast payment. I did also BCC your email to all forums in advance, since threatening to post if things did not go the way you needed them to go is clearly stated there.
Viejo Dinosaur will be here today at 4PM to pick up Charity Money from TheRX Xmas Orphanage contest. I will have him review the facility to confirm the games are live as well.

I had the same exact issue on that Friday... Say your balance was $100. you put $10 on the Player ( Balance 90 with 10 pending).. The hand plays out and player wins. They take the 10 you bet plus another 10 from your balance. If the hand was a tie they kept your 10. I first contacted CS via phone on Sat morning. Some A Hole said they were aware of the problem and was looking into it ( didnt want any acct info)... I later contacted CS via live chat and they took my acct info. Money was credited to my account by Sunday AM.
Also for the record. Matching IPs - Identical all four.
I Really didn't want to get to involved in this but I just decided to run knowwhentoholdem's IP and came up with these matches.

What I would like is for you to address the issue of the actual problem with the payouts. Seems to be an ongoing issue with the live baccarat and it doesn't sound like anyone has any reason to believe that they can play the game without having to stare at their balance after each hand.

I too had an issue one nite (only nite I played) with Betphx live baccarrat...I emailed my account rep and the customer help email and problem was resolved in about 36hrs.
Did I keep track of how much was wrong??? no . but I trusted they changed the account back accurately because it was near what I thought I was missing. I too didnt get a email to say they would fix it...jus was automatically in my account a day and half later.
I trust BetPhx is running a good operation here and was satisfied with what happened in my particular case....
Personally I think knowwhentoholdem case is similiar to mine, but he was dealing in alot bigger money and he kept track of his wagers (atleast based on what he is saying)....first question then would be why not quit after the one wager was wrong?? why play all nite before u said something...in my case the wagers were so small I didnt notice till I left the casino...Had 1000ish when i went in and 930 when i left out...and I knew i won like 8 of the 10 times I played....so I knew something was up.
I will play with BetPhx again in future...I trust the establishment and also trust SBR ratings, and the fact that Wilheim and Viejo have a phone/personal contact relationship with the company that would help us in case of a misunderstanding with anyone from the RX family.....I think BetPhx has done quite enough in this case....If they were to award the extra 300+ to this guy they could be losing out on their end, and thats why they are offering a third party since they believe their numbers are accurate.
In the end BetPhx is a great place to play with many options and more and more each day I am feeling like its the "new" BETJM (sorry BetPhx...BUT its a helluva place to be compaired to)
Good day all...and hopefully the IP situation enlightens some people a little ....IF u had 2 or 3 accounts prior with long standing and atleast 50 posts...why create a new account jus to bitch and moan about a book???..kinda weird...but oh well.

good lord, wil don't fuck around. my only problem with the online casino biz is that i lose. as a poster stated above, it always happens at night, after the games are over and i'm not ready to go to bed. my landlord made me get rid of my young rottie so i can't take him for a walk no more. my girlfriend works the night shift, although i wonder if she's telling me the truth because there never seems to be a payday. so i gamble. and i lose. i didn't realize that there's a manger of an establishment that makes himself available here. that's kind of cool. i may have to take my losing elsewhere. do all the books advertised on this site have a representative here or is it just bephoenix?
