Been mired in the worst slump that I can remember in the last 20 years. It started last NBA season and it has continued till now. I went back to basics and snapped out of it during this past week. Didn't post any of them since my confidence was shot, but my confidence is back. It started with baseball TOTALS as I've ridden the OVER in the CUB/MARLIN series they all have gone OVER and I look for more of the same today. I bet the total OVER in the BYU/COL.ST game Thursday night and it was OVER at the half. I'm usually an UNDER bettor so maybe I needed to balance things out.
Back to basics. Years ago when I was a young dog making kamakazi runs to Vegas,I only had basic fundamental criteria for my bets that was simplistic in nature. I used to look for a team that had scored more points than its opponent and given up less points than their opponent and a spread of under 3. Dallas fits that criteria today. More offensive points scored than Philly and less points given up. Better offense and better defense. Simple. Throw in home field advantage, emotional revenge and better turnover ratio and you got a solid bet.
DALLAS-1
