Best Online Horse Racing Site for residents of Texas?

I asked this question awhile back but no one was able to give any type of suggestion. As some of you may know, betting on horse racing on-line in the state of Texas is prohibited. I previously had an account at Twinspires and loved it. Then one day I won a nice trifecta and when I went to take a withdrawal, a message came up that I needed to contact customer service. They told me that the reason the site allowed me to make the bet is because it had my old California address on file. Once I changed the address to get the withdrawal, the system kicked me out and that's why I got the message. They paid off the bet and then immediately suspended my account. I tried to sign up at TVG and the minute I put my address in, I got a message that I could not wager through the site because I lived in Texas. So it appears I'm limited to offshore if I was to wager. I have an account with Bovada but am sick of using their site as they tend to close off races early and the minimum is $1 (doesn't matter if it's a Trifecta or Superfecta). I used to love doing combination of horses for as little as .10 cents at Twinspires.

So my question would be does anyone know of a site for residents of Texas that pays track odds to a reasonable limit (I realize most won't pay the full amount on a Kentucky Derby trifecta or superfecta like last year), but many will pay at least $5k max at major tracks (some more than that). I would also like to use a site that allows at least a minimum of a .50 wager on a trifecta or superfecta.

Needless to say, they have to be reliable and not slow pay. I can use credit card or bitcoin for deposit.
