Best omega 3 fish oil supplement on the planet

How are we suppose to know which is pharmacuetical grade though? Man this crap is confusing.

JMAN-- don't believe Naturemade makes a PHARMICUTICAL grade fish oil.........so you are not for certain getting a pure non-toxic oil.

The good news----it is being reported that the toxins in fish oil is not as big a concern as once thought.

TEST---cut your fish oil in half and pour the liquid into a shot glass and place it in the freezer...............the LESS solid it becomes, the LESS amount of toxins in the oil. So hopefully it will remain as much a liquid as possible after the 3-4 hours.

You can tell if it is pharicuetical by simply reading the label.......on 87% of the PURE oils, it says PHARMICUETICAL.
