100% first degree murder is appropriate for the guy - he shot the gun at the woman - intent legally is actual intent or knowledge with substantial certainty - if I shoot a gun at u in ur car I have knowledge with substantial certainty that I may hit u and u may die - regarding the murder charge on the female who I believe was driving - I really don’t see the murder charge but I know that no one has any sympathy for her
