I was going through my music, I found some albums from the Sway and Tech Wake Up Show. The albums features the best freestyles from their shows past. It features some Old Biggie and Eminem freestyles, Kool Keith Mixing it up with Xzibit, Keith calls him Everlast and it leads to a classic exchange with Keith admitting he's never heard of him.
Two guys on the albums that never really had commercial success but absolutely ripped freestyle battles were Juice and Freestyle legend Supernatural. I watch SuperNatural at a Vancouver show, freestyle from a Dictionary, open to a page, point to a word then rip for a minute then repeat.
Juice and Supernatural would have some legendary battles sit back and enjoy.
