one book not mentioned so far is SOS. Great customer service. They also give you a rebate on your yearly loss. I qualified for it for a couple of years. Now, since I win, it doesn't apply.

Bet365 has very fast,effective and polite service,I think they weren't that good in the past.
From my personal experience,the best is Olympics,these guys doing their best to serve you,no matter if you call them at phone,by e-mail or by smoking signals.

i just opened an account with gamblers avenue because of the contest and they were very good. this freddy kid was real smart and helpful. i like that he posts in the forum.

i am going to open an account with the beverly hills bookie too. i have read some posts about them having good customer service. i like that they have a presence in this forum too.

I play at Rio,Grande, Pinacle and CRIS AND Hollywood over the last two years.I have to say that Hollywood has the best customer service department.Ask for Will he's always there to answer any questions.
