I like Pinnacle but I don't see how you can say their Customer Service is great.

You can't call them.

Their lines are excellent though.

I can't put Pinnacle on the list. They don't have a phone service.

Sorry.

OK, for those of us who don't use the phone, Bet365 and Pinnacle both have excellent customer service imo

Honestly I am already so happy, if a book pays without giving me too much hassle. And then I am talking about books that do bank transfers within one week. Books that so far belong to this category are: Macauslot, Indosoccer, Ladbrokes, BetFair and Unibet. Macauslot and Indosoccer do not have a good English speaking customer service, but DO DO their best.

Best email customer service is Pinnacle. They answer your emails right away. Worst has got to be betCRIS. Win there and they'll start taking forever to answer your emails and actually act rude!

Duck- I just closed my account at bet365 because I had some customer service issues with them. I feel they have gotten very sloppy and I also grew tired of their loan shark type vig and straddles wider than the Grand Canyon.

Olympic- Good betting menu and a solid joint but if you call them and ask the same exact question five times to five different people, you will get five different answers.

Pinnacle- Very solid book just as long as you don't have to talk to a live person and they intentionally make it inconvenient to bet on the phone.

cybersportsbook SUCKS. Any offshore bookie who asks for multiple ids, phone bills, on and on before you can get a withdraw isn't worthy of your bet. If you don't mind sending them all of your personal info and waiting a month to get any payout, they might be for you.

David123 , i dont mind to send them the ID info because i know that they are verifying my account so that means no fraudulent activity can take place , duhhh!!!

Soccerbob,

Personally I've never had a single problem with Bet365's customer service - they've always answered my emails quickly and politely and solved whatever problems I might have had.

About their "loan shark type vig" I guess they're not much different from most other European books. You should check out their Asian lines though - 10 cent lines on the major European leagues, Chanpions League, International etc. But I agree with you - other than the Asian lines, the vig is way too high.

David123, the exact same thing has just happend to me! Friday afternoon I requested a $500 withdrawal and since CRIS had always answered my emails very quickly, I didn't think there would be any problems this time either. But more than 3 days later I still hadn't heard from them and the money was still in my account. I sent another email but still no answer. I then tried their "live help" service and I chatted with I guy who was very little service-minded. Anyway, even though he was slow and not very polite, he fixed the withdrawal for me so everything is in order now. But if answering emails regardig withdrawals slower than other emails really is the "policy" at CRIS, then I've lost all the respect I had for them in the first place...
