Unfortunately the VERY best soccer books/exchanges are based out of Europe (Bet365/William Hill/BetFair etc...). US residents I don't believe have much choice. I would consider Bookmaker.com - they don't have the depth/breadth of 5Dimes PreMatch Plus - but they offer decent odds on the major European/S American leagues. For the most part Bookmaker has a solid reputation and I have not read of any significant problems with them as a book. So a good balance of offerings/odds/reliability.

Sorry mate, I have been kind of busy with family and Friday-Sunday is crazy time with world soccer leagues - take me a while to get through them all. Will respond shortly, just finishing up Sunday's games and then I will have a little time before family stuff kicks in again.
