Race #1.

NICELY is entered right back on short notice with a drop back into maiden claiming ranks for A. Jerkens after failing to make an impact here when stepped up and cut back to seven furlongs Saturday.

EL'S DEMALOOT will be sharper as blinkers go on after breaking last of 11 in May 7 debut here going six furlongs. The Galluscio trainee will benefit from the experience and keeps J. Chavez.

TERM IN OFFICE hit a new career top when blinkers were removed for the cut back last out on Mar. 21. He will return ready for Levine.

JIFFY NATIVE displayed encouraging improvement on the rise second of the break last out.

Race #2.

BAY DRAGON narrowly missed as the mild favorite when cut back on the drop for the turf to dirt move here May 7 going seven furlongs. The seven-year-old lures Castellano for Barbara and will be going well turning home.

TEMPTING CHOICE has raced competitively since cutting back to sprint in recent starts. A game third, finishing a neck behind the top pick May 7, the five-year-old daughter of Louis Quatorze flashed good speed last out and cuts back to six furlongs.

STEAL THE CLAIM ships in second off the Lake claim after improving in latest.

MARQUET RATE was a convincing winner at a higher tag two back, and fits well here.

GAIL'S DRIVE has had time to recover since failing as the favorite when a clear second behind next out winner Baseball, while outfinishing next out winner Acres in the mud at Aqueduct Mar. 17. The Levine trainee is unbeaten in two starts over this course.

KYLEMORE ABBEY has outrun his odds in three dirt starts off the Kazamias claim before a 30-1 test on turf last out over yielding ground. He can rebound here.

BOLDEST HEART has raced well in recent outs and can secure good position from the start.

OUR SONG has won two of last three and is back fresh for Hough, whose runners are going well.

WHITEY'S WAGER, by Prosper Fager, is the first runner out of the Scarlet Ibis mare Horse Feathers. In with a pair of sharp drills, the gelding gets Velazquez for Brice, whose runners have done well this year.

THATSWHYWEBOUGHTTO displayed improvement when a game second in most recent following a useful Apr. 14 debut in the mud. He will be in good position turning home.

DEELITES GOLD, by Afternoon Deelites, is out of Jolie Britt, who from four runners has two winners, one in stakes.

AE FEAR THE CAPE, in from Laurel, is by Cape Town and is out of Loose Wire, who from nine runners has seven winners, three in stakes.

AE UNCHECKED MONEY switches to turf for return. By Unbridled's Song, she is out of stakes placed Madam Sandie, whose four other runners are turf winners, including stakes winner Gritty Sandie, who closed out 2003 by going unbeaten in three steeplechase events.

VAGABOND SAINT has raced well in both turf outs, as well as her Apr. 14 return in an off-the-turf at Aqueduct.

DEFLATION, by Saint Ballado, is out of Sunyata, who from five runners has three winners, two on turf, one in stakes.

KAHLO, by Broad Brush, is out of Mesabi Maiden, whose only runner is a turf winner.

Race #6.

THE K O TOUCH regressed when stretched back out to try one mile at Aqueduct May 2 after returning from a brief freshening with a decisive, career top win when 13-1 at Keeneland Apr. 9. The Touch Gold filly will improve off latest and keeps Prado.

LINDA BELINDA, favored in her three starts at Santa Anita following her career debut at Hollywood, is in from California for Frankel. The Grand Slam filly has a pair of breezes over this course and gets Bailey for the cut back to sprinting.

STORM MINSTREL typically gives an honest effort for a share.

DEB'S CHARM has shown ability and is back for new trainer Rice.

Race #7.

ON THE BUS earned her first win on turf here in her last outing against state-breds to close out 2003. She raced well in both starts at Gulfstream, and is back fresh for Romans reuniting with Bailey.

LITTLE BUTTERCUP has raced competitively in each of her six starts, while never finishing off the board. Away since running second as the favorite in her last two starts of 2003, she will return ready for Pletcher.

BOUND ON BI missed by a half-length when second at 37-1 in Apr. 28 return and can threaten late.

SEA MISTRESS has earned both wins here.

Race #8.

DON SIX rebounded with a decisive win as the favorite when last seen May 1 at Delaware after giving way to be a well-beaten sixth in the G1 Carter, in which he regressed off a career top G3 Toboggan try. The Generazio trainee will be prominent from the start.

MULTIPLE CHOICE will be sharper after cutting back to six furlongs last out, in which he broke awkwardly. Two of his seven career wins have been from six starts here.

BISHOP COURT HILL has flashed ability and will be a threat returning for Pletcher.

MY COUSIN MATT has had time to recover since finishing a distant fifth behind Ghostzapper in the G1 Vosburgh.

SENTIMENTAL MISS outran her 46-1 odds when tested on turf for the first time last out, running a game second over next out winner Candy Adventure. AE PRIVATE PORT displayed encouraging improvement when returned from a short rest May 6 with a switch back to turf. She will be stronger.

EARTH SHAKER returns for new trainer Lake and raced well in her lone try on turf here at Belmont last summer.

ROSE ESTHER has room for a forward move after failing as the favorite in May 6 return here against similar.

BASE STEALER can rebound on the drop.
