I don't see anything wrong with your picks...even the VERY best of us isn't good enough to give you more than their own personal thoughts on the games...and most of the people that'd be willing to tell you "what you were doing wrong" are some of the least qualified people to be doing so...
The spread is a good indicator of each team's chances, so you should keep on making picks based on whatever makes you lean one way or the other...no one else can ever tell you that you're on the "wrong" side and be right about it much more than half of the time!
