The only thing I really know is that he's a piece of shit of a human being. He had talent, or was that just one fluke season that somehow propelled him into a NFL deal, where he sat on the practice roster instead of continuing his development north of the border.

I have no idea what Wally's gonna do with him. You'd think they are planning on dressing him soon, probably as the 3rd stringer... with Lulay on a short leash as the backup.

I was hoping the Argos would reach out to him first because I think they are in dire straits themselves when it comes to QBs. But of course, the Argos will get every other position, but the main one that makes a team go like the QB!

You make a good point. I was quite surprised with the first few games that Pickett played, but it seems that recently he has reverted back to completely sucking.

The sad thing is that the Argos are not the worst team when it comes to finding QBs. I mean, where do the Blue Bombers get their QBs? In the past few years I have seen them throw out QBs that wouldn't be better than some teams' third stringers. This includes the sad sap who took some snaps last week.

Wow - Piece of shit as a human being. That's a little harsh have you ever met the guy?

I think if that were the case Wally would not have let him anywhere near the team.

Personally i like the move Casey may not even take a snap this year but when BC gets bumped out of the PO's early this year he will sell tickets for next year.

You should actually be happy having Casey around should make Buck play better and hopefully smarter. He needs to stop worrying about endearing himself to the fans and teamates by playing with reckless abandon. He could be a great QB if he stays healthy and works on his long range passes.

Yah, I suppose it's a bit harsh. I mean, we don't really know any of these people, we can only judge by what we see and how they compose themselves. Casey has never been a team first player, you only have to look at how his teammates have felt about him in the past. That being said, piece of shit is a bit harsh... perhaps not the most well-liked person is more appropriate.

I don't mind the move from a football perspective. The guy has great raw skill. I trust what Wally is doing, and more than anything this will be a way to keep attendance in the 30,000 range once hockey starts. He's an exciting player, and as a die hard fan, I really hope he can help us at the QB spot. But can't take away from what he's done in the past... at least not yet.
