I know North Texas does not have a good offense, but it looks to me that their Defense will shut down Baylor's offense (16.3 ppg last year). North Texas returns 8 starters on the defensive side of the ball which ranked 3rd nationally just giving up 14.8 ppg. I think they can score enough and should cover 14.5.
North Texas 27 Baylor 7

Any Sun Belt posters out there with any thoughts on this game?

I like UNT as well. I dont think Baylor has a shot to cover this game. No UNT's offense isnt that great, but they did go against OU last week, which has a heck of a defense. Who knows UNT's offense may look like the best in the country this weekend against Baylor. I like UNT BIG.

I really, really like Baylor.

UNT offense stinks, Baylor is really fired up under Morriss and has developed a very balanced offense that should do enough to get the cover. I think this will be a low scoring game, neither team should get more than 27 points, and that naturally favors the big dog. UNT 24, Baylor 17.
