TopDawg,

That is about as silly a reason to pick a team as saying, "I like their helmets."

The UGA's of the world don't need "black outs". That's reserved for the up and comer's of college football: Kentucky, MAC or WAC teams, Wake Forest, etc. But Georgia? C'mon, they are above a "black out". I remember when Lou Holtz tried to "black out" Florida and Steve Spurrier. They got beat down 50 something to less than 20. Not that UGA will lose, or get beaten that bad....just saying that the UGA's are above a silly "black out". The Georgia's of the world shouldn't need those kind of motivations.....

Nothing wrong with getting the fans and players pumped up. Georgia was 2-0 in the black jerseys last year...They are letting the seniors pick 1 home game a year to wear the jerseys. It made a huge difference during the Auburn game last year.

Until they lose in the jerseys...showing them once a year (and for occasional bowls) doesn't hurt anything

While I normally agree that these sorts of things are stupid, it was awesome to see it last year against Auburn. The crowd, the players and the coaches were more pumped up than I have ever seen.

Hopefully we can have that same energy level this weekend.

Georgia did a great job on the road.

Alabama is improved enough this year, I give Alabama two
field goals over the dawgs.

that nick saban nfl defense is too complicated for uga to do anything
The same 'genius' defense that went 7-6 last year at one point losing 4 straight games including UL-Monroe :think2:

Spurrier's South Carolina has a stronger D then Alabama and Georgia survived that
