Sup guys, im pretty new to betting and have a few questions for ya.
1. Do you guys keep track of your bets. with excel or on paper, what kinda specifics do you keep track of.
2. Ive noticed *'s alot in these forums and on other sites. Is that shortcut for units? And what exactly is a unit?
3. How often do you play a parlay, what size?

You're correct "*'s" means units. A unit can be whatever you want it to be. I know a rule of thumb most use is 1 unit equals 1% of your bankroll. For some that could be $10, for others it could be $500. As far as parlays go, I try to avoid them because I always seem to go 1-1, 2-1 anytime I play one. I track my wagers via excel.

spreadsheets.google.com - it's like excel and you can keep everything online. It's pretty straightfoward and the formulas are all touch button so you don't have to know anything about spreadsheets going into it.
