Maybe you can try sodium borate.

It is really a nice advice. I have been using the sodium borate before but I never thought it can be use for pesticide. It's just around the house.

I use spectrcacide to reduce them .there bait traps you put around house perimeter. Comes with a little hand held auger . Dig a hole pop them in tube pops up when bait is gone then put in new one. always something with owning a home .

Does spectracide really helps with busting termites? I haven't given any time to do it. Guess there still far from destroying my basement.
