bad habits

busted in 725th place.....ran up against pocket kings.....kind of ran out of patience.....hard to stay motivated in these free rolls

gonna hop back into the 2k here in about 30 minutes.....more a test to see if i can consistently cash in these low level crap shoots before taking a stab at the higher buy ins....top 15 is my target goal for this tourney, which is where finishing in the money will feel good.....finished 76th the other day and made all of 2 bucks....gotta be prepared to play 5 to 6 hours if one wishes to make a serious run~~:<<

if i manage to get a big stack, i am going to put pressure on the lower stacks when i'm in position, especially after the 2nd break.....see how this strategy works as opposed to playing tight throughout

id like to mix in some big tournies too. i usually do best online on friday and saturday ( go figure). so wonder if i should experiment now and grind then in primetime this weekend or the other way around...

busted out early....got A/K 2 hands in a row, completely missed both times, went through about half my stack there, ended up all in when i hit a straight on the river vs a flush....knew i was beat, but at that point there was no reason to hang around

ak been bad to me too, usually flop good but someone gets a straight

twice in 5minutes just now i bet big preflop with jj, both times in late position with only 1 limper in, only to see an ace on the flop followed by a villian shove and my fold.

I feel ya man.I always find it helpful to take a lil R&R when I'm getting frustrated,losing focus,being impatient,or not playing up to par etc..etc..etc....Take a few days off,forget about it and come back fresh and strong.GL SD
