Interesting BadCat, 3-0 team that's stout on both offense & defense & coming off a well rested bye week vs a Patriots team that are sliding down fast & are very lucky they're not 1-3, Raiders should have beaten them in NE.......I don't want to know the interworkings of your methods, but are you using strictly stats? I doubt you are tho.........

I formulate my weekly projected lines 1 week in advance so that if I see any value with the opening lines (Atlanta this week) I make a immediate play. I then watch the line movement during the week and if I see any line value with other matchup's I again, make a play. For example, I posted 4 of my selections for week #4 very early in the week then on game day I added Minnesota once there was value with the line after the movement. Statistical info is a small part in formulating my lines along with other info. Something to keep in mind is that the books are forced to take a strong look at how teams performed the week prior when calculating their lines for the week. That is because they know the general public and the recreational bettor really only cares and remembers how a team played in their most recent game instead of looking at the season as a whole. A prime example this week, if you read some of the threads already posted, is the Cin/NE game this week.

OK Cat, hoping I can get better like +2 1/2, the way it going its possible. I've got Cincy at PK already. Would playing for a 1 or 2 pt Cincy win and catching the middle be a stupid bet?

Thanks for the response BadCat, & good luck, but only one of us will cash on the Bengals game :)
Good luck to you. Based on my numbers I believe the Patriots win SU this Sunday but I'll take the point and a half. *I prefer to take the ML in conjunction with a ATS wager if the line is greater than 3.

Yes, that wouldn't be smart. If you have Cincinnati and want to middle your better off trying your luck with a live bet to possibly get a larger middle.

Have a look at ATL's injury report if you haven't placed a wager yet...

Thanks for your post. I'm quite aware of the injury report for Atlanta and for every team playing this weekend for that matter. I place my wagers prior to posting so when I post a selection my money is already wagered. Good luck to you.

Looking like limited selections for me this week. I have 2 selections locked in thus far and I have 1 other side that is a LEAN for now and will possibly be a selection for me if I can get just a little more value in the line.

Good luck this week BC. Big game for the Pats at home. They lost to KC. Doesn't matter if it was blowout or 1 point.

Very true. I look for them to bounce back at home. Good value with the line IMO.

GOOD LUCK TODAY! I may add to my card if value presents itself as the lines move.

If anyone is a believer in the Pinny lean theory the Rams would qualify today. I'm not playing either side just thought I would make mention of it for anyone interested.
