wow. That post just shows your level of intelligence when it comes to nutrition. USDA lol.

@)...do agree, the USDA has been a 'bit of a shit show'. In their defense, they DID make recent amendments. Nonetheless, the beauty of govt is- 'fuck ups' can be thrown under the carpet.

The way I have been bent over in CFB thus far, I can't go without BOOZE or MEAT.

Anybody ever watch Earthlings narrated by Joaquin Phoenix? Very very disturbing stuff. Cruelty to animals to the max yet we send Vick to jail. We are a nation of hypocrites. We know what's going on or don't want to know and just enjoy the nicely packaged meat at the store. It was disgusting and eye opening.

Having said that I can't give up meat. I just can't. Can't imagine never eating a nice juicy steak again. I eat meat pretty much daily. I couldn't go without it. Delicious food is one of life's underrated pleasures and meat is a large part of it.

Yeah. I really wish I could go without eating meat. I can't. It is pretty brutal when you think about it. Even under the most humane ways of killing animals and then eating them. My mentality is pretty much summed up by the lyrics from Nirvana. "Yes I eat cow I am not proud"

I am very diet conscious, I eat healthy, I work out regularly. I eat mostly chicken, turkey and fish - and maybe once a month at most, I eat beef.

Why? Because I think a moderate diet of lean meat is healthy, a good source of protein, it tastes fucking good - and the USDA fucking recommends it.

A good source of protein lol. The only organism that can turn nitrogen into amino acids is plants. Animal protein is recycled and not absorbed efficiently by the body. Carry on.

Shub, honest question. How do you call yourself a vegetarian with all the cock you like to put in and around your mouth?
