I would go higher on liability limits. At minimum 100/300/100 and preferably 250/500/100. Why? Because you need it to have the UM/UIM limits that high, and those are what protects the people in your car. It's not much more to have much better protection. And then if some dipshit carrying 20/40 limits or no coverage at all hits you and causes huge medical bills or death, your UM/UIM kicks in and protects you and yours.
Road service.....you get much better coverage for your dollar with AAA. Auto rental, it's probably not worth it but if you really need a car at all times and couldn't make do without it during repairs, it's nice to have. I hit a deer once and it took 2 weeks to repair. Another time, someone tried to steal my car and caused $2500 in damage to my transmission that took another 2 weeks to repair. It was nice to have the auto rental kick in, since in both cases there was nobody to go after to cover my auto rental. But it's probably a wash in the end either way you go. You can easily self-insure auto rental.
Collision.....your deductible is a little high, but if you really want minimum premiums and are a good driver, I can see carrying a 1k coll deductible. See what it is for $500 and compare.
Good luck.
