No it doesnt. If UF gets to Atlanta at 11-1 and loses (assuming Bama is 12-0), they will play in the Sugar Bowl. If Uf loses before then, they likely wont go (without beating Bama), but it would take a whole long series of event to get UGA in. Assuming they win out as well.

Its not a long series of events..if UF loses to FSU or looks sloppy and then get blown out by Alabama, Georgia would be in the Sugar Bowl instead of UF.

Not likely but remember how crazy the end of last season was...
