I have no idea why Baltimore is favored so heavily.
The Ravens are repeatedly struggling to beat mediocre teams -- they lost to or beat by no more than two points the following teams: Jacksonville, Denver, Pittsburgh, and Cleveland.
Their main issue is on offense where they have injury problems at quarterback, and their quarterbacks struggle to pass accurately from the pocket.
A good rush attack plus a poor passer is a good recipe for field goals. We'll see some field goals from Baltimore, but a few field goals obviously don't suffice for a seven-point spread.
Plus, Atlanta has pass-catching weapons with which to score more than enough against Baltimore's low-ranked pass defense.
