Then who/what created "God".
well, the Theologians who believe the bible would answer your question this way:
God is, by definition, a non-contingent, eternal being who created everything we see and everything we dont see. If something is eternal, it needs no cause. It has always been.
Things that are not eternal need causes. If the universe is eternal, it does not need a cause. But, the evidence suggests that the universe is not eternal (see Second Law of Thermodynamics)...therefore, it needs a cause. God, by definition, is eternal. Therefore, He needs no cause.
Of course, if man created God then, he can make him non-eternal...contingent...fairy tale, etc.
