Fellas:

I played with Dino and Stretch.

When I won I NEVER HAD PROBLEM 1 COLLECTING.

I been in their shop, and while I don't if the photocopier worked, but all of their computers and flat screen monitors were new.

Now I know some of you guys are sour grapes, and that's understandable, and I would expect some of you might want to take some cheap shots at me, and I can live with that.

I said in an earlier post, that I hope all new companies fare well. I hope you and Robbie have a good football season, and I hope you have the bankroll to see your way clear for a few bad weeks of football.

I think this is a very distructive thread for both DSI and Robbie's new book.

From my conversation with Robbie - he sounds like a stand up guy! He is trying to build a top-notch sportsbook and slowly building a 'customer base'

Joey C, you certainly are entitled to your opinion. Nobody should be taking cheap shots at you. However I don't see this thread as being destructive to Apex. Robbie has his reputation going for him and as long as he is at Apex, that alone will keep the business there.

Joey, Paul is the Nephew of the main guy at DSI, everyone knows there are 2 sides to every story but I think Paul and Robbie got a raw deal here, they were promised the world and when the main guys were being eyed by the Feds they became paranoid and made Robbie and Paul the scapegoats, nice way to treat family huh?

If you are looking for cheap shots, you won't get any from Robbie. For cheap shots and slander you'll have to call your buddies over at DSI.

Some of the ex employee posters here are saying how great Robby treated them, while Dino and Stretch were out of town.

Could this kindness been done without Dino's and Stretch's money? I think not.

Do you think it's right for an employee, related or not, to take an unauthorized copy of their boss's customer list while they were on the DSI payroll?

This is MY PERCEPTION OF EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED.

IT IS ENTIRELY POSSIBLE THAT MY PERCEPTION OF THESE EVENTS IS NOT CORRECT.

If you care to comment fine, if not fine.

Stretch, and Dino did throw the first Stone by sending out an email personally attacking me.
You are right, if you are a player you will never have a

problem collecting from them, that is one thing I respect about them.

When I left DSI , I did offer to work with them, continue to market for them, and have a working relationship. When I left I was up front with them and told them that I would market to the player I had brought aborad to DSI/ Vegas and that funds that were owed to me they could keep, It was obvious that they were never going to get to bottem line number of what my settlement was, and I was not going to get paid. So I left

I had always, had no intention of having a public dispute with them, I will offer you the chance to put this all behind US, you are a friend of both, David and Dino and you know me.

Why don't you mediate a discussion between both parties , I have nothing to hide, or lose. But they do, so I don't think they will agree.

So Listen up... DINO AND STRETCH's money!! That's a joke. Dino & Stretch never gave them a dollar. Robbie and Paul paid 100% of the advertising and payroll directly from their own pockets. That is why the employees got what was promised them. DINO AND STRETCH made countless unkept promises to their former employees. When Rob & Paul asked for what was owed to them Dino & Stretch were conveniently unavailable for weeks. When Robbie and Paulie went to Europe to confront, them Dino & Stretch wouldn't even meet with them to talk about it. So Rob and Paul QUIT. If you're going to be vocal go talk to your DSI buddies and get back to me.............ASK ME ANYTHING Who's afraid of the big bad TRUTH

My perception is Robby took the Master Customer List of DSI while he was employed by them to protect that very list, for their own financial gain.

My perception is that while Robby was generous to DSI employees, who have spoken here so well of this generousity, but that generousity came from DSI's pocket and not Robby's pocket.

Yes I have been vocal here, I suppose I'm biased concerning business dealings with Stretch, because I've never had one problem in that regard.

BTW, I haven't talked to him for about a month.

I still think you guys should drop this thread because when you hang it up outside, the whole neighborhood stinks.

As far as I'm concerned, I will not reply any further.
