Singer Ashlee Simpson is experiencing this first hand as her performance on the popular NBC program ‘Saturday Night Live’ this past weekend has come under close scrutiny.
While Simpson’s band launched into upcoming single ‘Autobiography’, the vocals to another of the singer’s songs were heard. The lyrics to ‘Pieces of You’ were what were heard by viewers for the second time that night, since the singer had already performed the song earlier in the show. When the mishap occurred, Simpson remained onstage for only thirty seconds before running from the cameras. Following the mistaken lyrics incident, ‘Saturday Night Live’ immediately cut to commercial.
Although Simpson originally told fans “My band started playing the wrong song”, she is now changing her tune. Through MTV’s website, it has been released that Simpson now admits to lip syncing, and sites a rigorous promotional schedule as the reason for the audio help.
Simpson’s debut album ‘Autobiography’ was released in the summer of this year. The first single lifted from the disc ‘Pieces of Me’ has been extremely successful in both Canada and the singer’s home of the United States. In addition to her musical career, Simpson also has a reality show on MTV called ‘The Ashlee Simpson Show’.

Since Kerry is going to use "The Boss" live at a few campaign functions, I would suggest this girl could get a redeemer by appearing "dead or live" at a few Bush campaign functions.
