lots of action coming up in england this week with the carling cup and premeire league...will be interested to see the lineup mancini puts out v. WBA on wed eve....gotta figure tevez gets a blow in lieu of jo...he suffered a few knocks v. wigan(who i think are the dirtiest team in the epl..yea even worse than wolves)maybe silva gets a rest too and we get the all england midfield of milner, barry, johnson w/frenchie viera at the helm and the iron man dejong dropping back....doubt we ever see adebayor ever again..he got in a fight w/mancini the other day and it was laughed off..no one laughed but him(mancini)!!!...shay should get the call in net on wed9a very unhappy camper rite now)...as for the match with the blues on sat...don't for a second give up on a play on city at nearly 3-1 dags...remember city put them to bed 2x's last year..and we are pretty much looking at the same squads minus a player here or there....chelsea are the punters darlings right now, but let's take a look at who the defending champs have had to play so far.....WBA, wigan, stoke, west ham, black pool,,,not the titans of the epl..it's good to be king i guess?...those clubs have a combined record of 6-5-15(w-d-l)with a -32 goal differential!!! as per city's opponents who are 6-10-9(bit more competative...don't ya think?)with a goal differential of -13...but if we took out the common opponent(wigan)we see city's opponents with only a -2 difference...chelseas would be -21.....so we can see the firepower of chelsea does have something to do w/their opposition...peter cech has been spot on allowing only 1 goal thus far...his counterpart..joe hart(who my jury is still out on)has allowed 2...(one being a pk..given by who else...F U mike dean)(the other...that attrocious out of net give away between him and yaya to blackburn)....i have to figure more chelsea sentiment will come as the week goes on(thus giving an even better price on city)...i think chelsea gets a minnow in the carling cup on tue/wed? where as city get a trip to the hawthorns v. WBA....city's backup unit is better than WBA 8 days a week...the only reason you have to lay 6-5 on city is cuz of the doubts of mancini's lineup....looks as if terry/lampard will skip the midweek tie to play saturday's game per ancelotti...will have more to say as the weekend comes on and update anything about this momentous game...hopefully this will live up to the hype that this passed weekends game between liverpool-man u did...cheers
so now the reports are out that we are down to 3 defenders...blah,blah,blah...we will stick one of our mids back there...but that can't be the answer can it?...i personally don't think so...but someone like adam johnson is young enuff that he can play anywhere on the pitch at anytime...city play with the latest dutch attack of two holding defensive mids as it is(yaya n nigel)..so don't let that be the scaring off of playing city...i do however think that cohesion oin the backline will be the differnce in a clean sheet as opposed to a few goals being a deciding factor...both took a dive this midweek in the carling cup...no biggie..they were both eying this sat tea party anyway...lampard i believe will be mia...that don't matter..chelsea is still stacked(as much as i hate them..even more so than utd.)...will be cheering my ass for a city squad that knows they can compete and beat this chelsea squad..evidenced by the 2 victories last year...but knowing the way city sleepwalk at times and the inconsistency of mancini's line-ups...i am gonna put a # on the over 2' goals....when i say a#..that usually means anywhere from 2-5 dimes...yeah..i didn't stutter...joe hart worries the fuck outta me...and chelsea is not one to be fucking around with in the box....am also throwing down a nickle parlay that pays out $5672 on city o2'/arsenal/birmingham/liverpool/blackpool o2'(as always!!!)..cheers

well my ass is still sore and bleeding from the rape on the city over...i can deal with it since i had a slice of them at +265...but not nearly enuff to compensate for the over...good to see chelsea get their come-uppins against one of the top tier clubs and not the wigans and west hams of the epl...as for other games...the parlay wasn't even given a shot outta the gate...did put a side bet on the over 2' blackpool(cuz i bet every single over that team plays)..and admittedly got lucky as fuck on that one...although there were many opportunities to score many goals in that tie....and i did play liverpool at just a tad over 2-1...(FUCK ME)i have never had anything against liverpool...but boy...do they lack heart and they are very easily pushed around...love the desire(at times)of gerrard...but the rest of that team is a paper tiger...and i will say it til he retires...pepe reina is one of the worst world class goalkeepers in the world...how he and almunia are still on their respective teams belongs in the 'mysteries of the unknown' series...cheers
