I bought his book from Barnes & Nobles. ''Too Fat to Fish.'' He truthfully is a piece of shit imo and after reading his book I returned it to the store, to make sure he didn't get any of my money. Decent book too.
You took the time to read it and then returned it?

Did anyone see Artie Lange on the joe buck show? That was freaking hilarious the way he treated Joe buck, and the look on buck's face was priceless

Joe Buck is a pompous ass, but Lange was way out of line on that show. I would have thrown his fat ass off of the set. The guy was bombed out of is skull. As they say, karma is a bitch.

yeah... Joe Buck had his 2 kids (ages 10 and 13) there at the show. I bet they got a kick out of those freaking hilarious comments as well.

yeah...the producer of that show told artie to go full throttle.....

According to who? Artie? Maybe full throttle should have been a little better defined. The show was an absolute trainwreck because of him. To top it off, he wasn't even funny, he was annoying. I would have dropped his fat ass backstage.

settle down man...it's only a tv show...who cares in the long run?...but if u need confirmation(and i don't believe everything i read)...the post and news here in nyc reported this story of artie being told by the producer to let it rip...and trainwreck is a lil harsh don't ya think...i mean that was what..2 weeks ago and people are still talking about it...i guess the producer got what he wanted... and that is buzz about his show...

Don't book a dirty comic on a premium-cable show and problems like that are avoided. If the show had booked an act of dancing dogs and one took a leak on the floor, how surprised could they really be?

The Joe Buck show producers wanted to be more "edgy" than Bob Costas, but they didn't do their homework.

Series producers are thrilled, though. The show is still being talked about. If Artie Lang hadn't been so over-the-top all that would have been mentioned was how lame Buck was and nobody would watch future episodes.

Agreed. If they wanted more edgy, they should have opted for someone besides Joe Buck. This guy is about as uptight as they come, has the personality of a parking meter. I will never forget his reaction to Randy Moss in the Packer/Viking playoff game a few years back when Randy acted like he was mooning the fans.

Artie Rushed To Hospital

http://www.tmz.com/2010/01/02/artie-lange-hospitalized-howard-stern-show/

Artie Lange
was rushed to a local hospital in New Jersey today for undisclosed reasons.

A rep for Lange tells TMZ:

"I can confirm that Artie is in the hospital. Artie has chosen to keep all information on this matter between him and his doctor. There will be no further comment."

Lange has been absent from "The Howard Stern Show" for the past few weeks.

You are correct. Because of his dads early death, I'm afraid Artie believes his death is going to be an early one as well.

He is messed up big time. You have to wonder if he was still working on the docks, would he still be this messed up? A lot of money is not always a good thing.

I just finished the paperback version of his book the other day. It's interesting as hell. The guy is messed up even way more than you can guess from listening to the Stern show.

Howard has became so soft over the last couple of years...Unfortunatly Artie is the best part of the show.

I'm a big Artie fan, but I had him in my 2009 death pool and i'll be pissed if he croaks this week.

What a cheap bastard. Same guy reads the newspaper at the gas station and then folds it up and puts it back.
