Arsenal vs. Hull in FA Cup Quarterfinals on Tuesday
The last spot in the Soccer Betting FA Cup semifinals will be at stake on Tuesday as Arsenal hosts Hull. Arsenal is heavily favored to advance since they are playing well while Hull could be more focused on avoiding relegation in the Premier League. Hull is four points above the relegation zone and visits Wigan next weekend. "The last five of the FA Cup, it's big," Hull manager Phil Brown said, "But in the grand scheme of things, not as big as Wigan."
Hull still would like to shock Arsenal on Tuesday, especially Geovanni who scored in Hull’s 2-1 win over Arsenal in Soccer Betting Premier League action back in September. "It is another game where we can prove ourselves," Geovanni said, "The FA Cup is important because it can help everyone's confidence. The target is to go there and win. It is a big game and Wembley will be important. Everyone wants to go there. My dream is to be at Wembley."
The FA Cup semifinals next month and the final in May will be held at Wembley.
Arsenal expects to come out of Tuesday’s match with a win and manager
Arsene Wenger believes that Theo Walcott will be important. "He had a good start (in the Blackburn win) and he became stronger and stronger," Wenger said. "He gives us something which is important as well when we play at home when he goes behind the defenders. He creates room and has a direct game. We need that."
Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner was booed by fans on Saturday after he missed a number of chances but Wenger believes his player will bounce back strong. "Bendtner will (turn things around) I am not worried about that. I was more worried about Eboue at one stage," Wenger said. "Fans want performances and that is the only way we have to respond. I am pleased that Eboue starts to score because it looked to us that he could never score goals. It shows as well the importance of a psychological factor because he scored last week, again this week and could have scored another one."
SBG Global Current Goal Line: Arsenal - 1.5 (-130) , Total 2.5 Over - 140
Manchester United, Chelsea and Everton have already reached next month’s semifinals.
