I wonder how many of those teams who went 9-2 vs the spread since 1990 were ranked #29 of 32 teams coming into this game. VS a team ranked #16?

Also - Washington played in the best division (3 teams went to playoffs) in the NFC and still managed to hold opponents to 20pts per game avg.
Buying An extra point would be a big advantage @+7.
