Welcome back to the most exciting tournament!

First two weeks are the most difficult to cap, so be careful and enjoy the ride.

Friday:

Tigre - San Lorenzo Under 2.5 -130 1 unit

Saturday:

Argentinos Jrs - Arsenal
Argentinos -105 1 unit

Sunday:

Independiente - Velez
Velez +200 1 unit

Jujuy - Boca
Boca -117 1 unit

Tigre and San Lorenzo are always tough matches, Martin Morel wont be as starter and he was their top scorer last season....Argentinos are always tough at home and Arsenal was one of the worst away teams last season, hopefully this trend will continue...Velez is just a shot, Independiente have been this off season like the ridiculous team that played last season, so i like the chance with Velez new players and coach...Boca, well, Boca is Boca and they have a great summer tournament and we will start this season with an away win in a tough stadium like Jujuy.

GL TO ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tapa any opinions on the title chase? A couple books have futures out. Looking for some possible value. Besides the classic big teams who do you think has enough this term?

Can teams like Tigre, Lanus, Velez or Newells get it done?

gl this season.

I like Tigre a lot for two reasons: they have the same team than last year and Boca, San Lorenzo, Estudiantes, Lanus and River will be playing the Copa Libertadores and usually that cup is the main goal of them...actually thats the main goal this season for Boca....!!!

25-1 at StanJames. Thought 10-1ish would be right. Checked their fixture list and it won't hurt playing key teams like Boca, Velez, Estudiantes and today San Lorenzo at home.

thanks for the input.

The Apertura was very exciting, so I'm looking forward to see what's going to happen in the Clausura.

TR, what are your thoughts on Lanus this season? They play midweek Libertadores vs a very out of form Chivas club who are missing a few players to El Tri. Odds on Lanus are +100 or so and would back them if they are expected to be same level or better than last year.

thx in advance

If we are talking of the expected performance for the argentina season...you have to be carefull, last time they were in the Libertadores Cup they had a terrible season just because they were focus on the cup...they dont have the same deep as Boca or San Lorenzo to keep the fight on both tournaments...

In my opinion on the Libertadores game on Wednesday...they are at home and every team in Argentina - and the fans - that play this cup are focus on it so i love them when they play at home, the environment is simply amazing...you will see it...Chivas will be without 3 players due to the game against USA...but they have jared, ramon morales, dont be fool for this, but anyway i love Lanus at home with his entire team any day of the week against Chivas or any other team...they didnt lose a single game at home last season.

GL buddy!

Alright, here it goes ;)

Thursday it's Deportivo Saprissa against Municipal Liberia. Normally I would easily go for a Saprissa win, but they didn't start well in the Verano so far, with two losses already against Puntarenas and Ramonense, two teams which they dominated in the Invierno. Municipal hasn't played in the Verano at all until now, so it's hard to see what their current form is. I would like to see your point of view on this game in particular, but any info you'd like to share is appreciated.
