The addition of Philyaw from Indiana should really boost this Chicago Rush team. I had high hopes for them and GR last season. GR is certainly no better without QB Clint Dolezel. The addition of Loots is not a barn burner deal IMO. A healthy Philyaw is a much better player at QB. It will be determined on the field.
